Fiona Laureau
Fiona, with over 35 years in the travel industry, is a passionate expert in creating dream holidays for her clients. Originally from Cape Town, she now runs Prestige Travel and Cruise in Toowoomba City, after buying and rebranding the business in 2016. Fiona’s extensive knowledge and experience, gained from visiting over 40 countries, allows her to offer excellent customer service with great attention to detail. She caters to both leisure and corporate clientele. Fiona also specialises in putting together and escorting groups worldwide. Fiona’s top three travel destinations and experiences are Safari in Africa, skiing in Switzerland, and sipping champagne at the top of the Eiffel Tower.
Leanne White
Leanne White, a consultant with 38 years of experience and extensive travel knowledge, offers her expertise in planning memorable holidays and business/group trips. From backpacking across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Thailand to managing travel franchises, she has a wealth of experience. Leanne’s top travel destinations include Patagonia in Chile, a River Cruise through Europe, and the Scottish Highlands. Samantha Newmarch
Sam, a travel industry expert since 2012, developed her passion for cruising during extensive travels since her early twenties, where she met her husband, Chris.
With over 15 cruises in 11 years, she specializes in cruise packages and takes pride in offering exceptional service, vast knowledge, and attention to detail. Her top travel destinations include New York and Italy, and her favorite cruise spot is the Mexican Riviera.
Megan Laureau
Megan, a young and passionate traveler, has been in the travel industry since 2016 and has explored 16 countries so far. Her love for travel was inspired by her mother, Fiona, who instilled in her a curiosity about the world. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Megan’s extensive experience in the industry includes being a finalist for the Young Travel Agent of the Year award in 2017 at the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA).
Megan’s top three travel destinations are Africa, particularly Kenya, which holds a special place in her heart; Greece, known for its breathtaking scenery and delicious food; and New Zealand, a diverse country she could easily see herself living in.
Nicole Laureau
Nicole, our Business Administration and Accounts Manager at Prestige Travel and Cruise, collaborates with Travel Consultants to streamline holiday bookings. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Nicole’s passion for travel was ignited by her parents’ love for it. Having explored 13 countries, mainly in Europe, Asia, and the Indian Ocean Islands, she is now pursuing her dream of becoming a travel consultant, with top destinations being New Zealand, Spain, and Switzerland.
